GETTING THE APP & LOGGING IN
Q: How do I get the latest app version?
A: If you have auto updates turned on, your app will automatically update! If you don’t have auto updates enabled, simply head to the
GREEN DISTRICT app in the app store (
iOS |
Android), and tap “update”.
Q: I forgot the email I used to log in. How do I recover it?
A: Try to log in with the last email you remember using, or using you Apple or Google ID. Your phone number can only be used on one account, so if it says that your number is already in use, you probably used a different email address. If you’re still experiencing issues, please fill out the form letting us know, and we will retrieve your account information.
Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
A: Tap “account” on the bottom of your app, then tap “forgot password” and enter the email associated with your account.
Q: I don’t have an account, should I make one? How would I do that?
A: Absolutely! With an account, you’ll be able to rack up loyalty. If you’ve already downloaded the app, tap “account” on the bottom of your app, then tap “create account”. If you don’t yet have the app, click here to download from the app store.
Q: Can I check out as a guest, without making an account?
A: Yes! Guest check out is now available on the app and web ordering. By checking out as a guest, you won’t rack up loyalty points, but you can make an account at any time.
Q: What is the benefit to creating an account?
A: Glad you asked! There are so many benefits to creating an account, like: racking up loyalty points on each order, quick re-order of your favorite items, and getting $5 off your first order!
Q: I’m still having trouble logging in
A: No worries! Try logging out and logging back in. Also, make sure that you have enough charge on your mobile device, that your internet connection is strong, and that you have sufficient storage space on your mobile device as all of these factors can make it more difficult to access the app. If you are still having issues, please fill out the form below letting us know what issues you are having and we’ll get back to you.
LOYALTY & REWARDS
Q: How do I earn points?
A: You’ll accrue points with each dollar you spend! Every $1 spent earns 1 point, and every 75 points earned are automatically redeemed for $5 in credit on your next order.
Q: Can I earn Green District Rewards on my purchases through Doordash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Google, or ezCater?
A: Green District Rewards can only be earned when you order directly through Green District. These other services are third party partners that take a large commission and we’re unable to offer GD Rewards on top of that commission.
Q: Are there any restrictions to rewards?
A: There are no expiration dates or item restrictions for your rewards credit. There may be restrictions for other promotions or rewards, and will be stated in that communication.
Q: Can I use rewards for in store & app purchases?
A: Yes, you can apply any reward to in store or app menu item purchases. For in store purchases, you must share your app with our staff at the register who will then scan it to activate that reward.
Q: What if my rewards aren’t working properly?
A: Please fill out the form letting us know that your rewards are not working properly, and our team will help resolve the issue.
Q: I forgot to scan my app or give my phone number when I ordered in-store! Can I still get my points?
A: Sure! Pease fill out the form below with your receipt (or a photo of your receipt) attached, and we’ll add the points to your account.
Q: How do I make sure I get all of my offers and rewards?
A: All rewards will go directly to your account, and you will see them in the Rewards section of the app. We send out exclusive member offers through email and app notifications, so make sure that you open any email from Green District, and that you turn on app notifications from the Green District Rewards App!
