The Green District Greenhouse program is a group delivery service to bring healthy, delicious food to your office, gym, or other location.

We’ll work with you to set a weekly day and time, and your team will be able to individually order their favorite salads, wraps, warm grain bowls, and Toastys through the Green District rewards app, pay individually, and get it delivered together for free.

This service is a great amenity to offer your staff, members or residents, and doesn’t cost you anything! It is only available for select businesses based on distance, order quantity, and availability from our location.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

SIGNING UP YOUR COMPANY

Signing up your company is easy! Once we agree to work together, we’ll set up an 8 week trial to make sure the program works for both you and us.

From you we will need:

Logo
Preferred delivery day of the week and drop of time
Drop off location (table in the break room, shelves in the lobby, etc)

From there, we will need about 2 weeks to get everything ready on our end. We will:

Set up your greenhouse location in our ordering system (Green District rewards app)
Create a personalized flyer with your ordering and delivery information that you can post.
Create a digital version of that flyer that you can send through email.
Draft sample copy with all ordering & delivery information that you can use in that email.

Once that is ready, we’ll set a start date, you will post the flyer and send out the information to your team, and we’ll go!

PLACING AN ORDER

Placing an order is super simple.

In the app, select the appropriate location.
Select PICK UP (not Delivery – this is important! You do not want to pay for delivery!)
Select your delivery day, and then select ASAP. As long as it is before your order deadline, your order will get to you at the delivery time.
Add any items you want to your cart like normal.
Add your Greenhouse – At the end of the Item Categories, there is a last category called GREENHOUSE. Find the one with your Greenhouse information and add it to your cart.
Check out and complete your order as normal.
Disregard the time that is on your receipt – we’ll hold your order and it’ll be delivered with your GD Greenhouse delivery.

If there is ever an error or question, the restaurant’s phone number will be at the bottom of your emailed receipt.

DELIVERY

Green District or our delivery partner will deliver all items, in individual marked bags for each person, to a specified location at your business at your delivery time. If there is ever a delay or issue, we’ll reach out to each customer that ordered directly to let them know.
